I must disagree with Heather C. They are quite slow and very inefficient. Not a bad airport, but far from great.
The rocking chairs along the walkway out to Terminal 2 gates are really comfy.
Maintenance and ground crews poorly managed. Slow, unresponsive, no desire to get flights off quickly. Use another airport if you can.
Unorganized security and terrible customer service! Literally lines all the way to the other end of terminal and they were shutting down security lines! Really???? Awful
Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting in the A concourse. Not nearly enough and appear to not been cleaned in days.

Chris JayJune 8, 2011I've read other, positive reviews of the TSA screeners here, but my experience was the worst I've had anywhere. Head TSA guy was extraordinarily rude not just to me, but to other screeners. Awful.
Arrive early...took 45 minutes to get through security! Ridiculous!
