Halal food. Take a "Shawarma Teller" or "Falafel-Teller" - plates are so huge, you could share it. You can also order those in a pita bread. Then say: "Shawarma im Brot" / "Falafel im Brot"
Currywurst, a bit toursity. Lot's of people like it (I think Bier's better, but you might wanna try)
Döner with grilled vegetables, really delicious BUT it's possible you will stand in line for an hour.
While you're at Potsdamer Platz, you gotta come here and have ice cream! So good. Line might be long, but it dissolves pretty quickly
Take a "Schnecke" - there's a big variety. You'll see them behind the counter when you get there mmmmhhh :)

Pizzzzaaaaa! Don't eat the pasta or anything else there. They also have some really good garlic oil that you need to pour over you pizza :)
Korean chicken wings, Korean burgers, bibimbap - all really good. Don't take the sweet potatoe fries, they're boring and are more like cold chips.
