I don't understand why this place is so popular. It's just shaved ice. I've seen a line out the door on a freezing cold day, what is wrong with people? Who wants shaved ice on a cold day?

Whoever runs this place needs to train their employees on what health codes are. Re-using dirty disposable gloves, eating behind the counter, touching money and not washing hands. Disgusting place.
