Recently renovated with cute rooms resembling more of a boutique hotel. The lounge has an amazing biscuit breakfast and indoor pool is perfect for working out. - Ken GrossDecember 3, 2023Great location. Valet parking was convenient and the staff were helpful. Resort fee is expected anymore and allows for unlimited water bottles so we enjoyed that. Golf cart service downtown was good

Nothing special about the rooms. The people that work here though are fantastic. The location of the hotel is awesome because you can walk just about anywhere in 30 minutes or less!

Michael GunnMarch 10, 2013Prepare for lengthy elevator waits if on high floor. Also, would be helpful when staying on club level they actually tell you where the room is- Concierge Shannon and Terrell are the best I've seen. Tix or Reservations to whatever you need.

As my mother and infant napped, a stranger opened the door with a key clearly given to them by the front desk- so much for safety and privacy. :(

The lighting in the bathroom makes you look like you have jaundice...
Would not recommend this hotel. Dirty and outdated. They didn't clean our room until we asked. Valet service was only positive experience.

Steven CasstevensMarch 10, 2013This place sucks! Do not stay here. Outdated. Horrible SPG property. Elevators malfunctioning for 3 days. Stuck on 16th floor and cant get elevator to stop. Had to walk 16 flights. No hot water.
Elevators are horribly slow, out dated property, just waited 13 minutes for an elevator on Sunday morning
