I really loved my visit during Big Band mondays. Excellent music. Only downside is that the place is really small all the people have to eat very very close. Not ideal if your date likes intimacy.

Some of the best cat's in the world play here. It's an intimate room. Great for date night. Incredible acoustics. I love the bar. I love the tables. The food is good. The service is great! Spot on!

If you're looking for a quaint space with good food and live jazz, look no more. The seafood pasta had me waiting more. Also, this place truly respects music, so please abide by the quiet policy.

This is my favorite jazz spot, the quality is much better than some of the bigger name spots. The food is good, but need to come back for Sunday brunch before making a final call

Great jazz music. I can't say the same about the food. Very simple. Looks like I could do it (cheaper!) at home. Sunday brunch is a good option bc there is no cover charge.

Brunch is not crowded. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon is good. Service is ok. Atmosphere is nice. Live jazz music is amazing.

went there on a tuesday night. no cover charge. where local new yorkers gather and relax! love the band and the atmosphere!!!

Make a reservation without paying for your ticket if you're going for the music. You can pay for your ticket at the door, but if you pay beforehand and have to cancel, you can't get your money back!

Went there tonight, performance was really good but they don't honor their 4square checkin special. Claims you have to purchase pre-fixe which doesn't make sense since it would be included.

Go see "The Fly in the Fridge" brunch theatre @ Smoke! Fantastic show with a three course brunch for $20, can't beat it. Great way to spend a Sunday morning.
