My second time going in and the lady there in the mornings is so nice. She makes a point to remember people's names.
Say hi to Amanda! She is a sweetheart, a damn good knowledgable sweetheart, for sure!
Try the angel food smoothie, "make it skinny" with stevia. You'll thank me later ;)
For a great after workout smoothie, try the strawberry shredder with muscle builder, and have them rinse the strawberries first. It's great!
