The SoBo omelet is delish! Pesto, tomatoes, mozzarella. Large enough to split.
This place is magical. Worth the wait for the people and food...or go after the rush for leisurely speed.
Maximum BurgerJune 16, 2018Affordable (esp for Boulder) but food was very... homemade looking. Employees were kind, and I’m sympathetic to the hippie vibe but these guys were literally dirty and sweating.
Great food and great service. That other tip is a lie. One of the best restaurants in Boulder!- Denver omelette is superb! Coffee and pancake is also a must! If you have not been here what are you waiting for?

Vegan sausage in the Skip's Scramble! Not only does it not taste like ass, it tastes... good!
Be prepared for a wait on the weekends. Totally worth it! Try the Mexican omelette.
