CharlieAugust 13, 2018Staff at front desk was nice. Asked to do survey via email and was "yelled" at by manager for telling them what we experienced. Very disappointed in the customer service skills of the manager.
Breakfast is getting better. But they still run out of food so get there early
Jennifer ColegroveMay 16, 2012Still problems with the free breakfast. They say it starts at 6:00 a.m., but it never does. It really isn't ready until between 6:30 & 7:00.- Very nice hotel. Cool rooms. Nice suites. Wish the breakfast started earlier on AF graduation days for the early birds!;-)
For real, everything is a 15 minute drive from this hotel. Seaworld, Aquatica, downtown, major malls
