- Mikhail ChurakovJanuary 24, 2019Gate F59. There's barely 10 seats for all the passengers waiting for the flight (and lots of seating space behind closed doors). Shame on you, Arlanda!
- Tom YatesJune 25, 2016If you're a lone traveller, if you team up with 1, 2 or 3 people for the Arlanda Express at weekends you will make huge savings - for example 300kr for 2 tickets instead of 280kr for 1 :-).
- Alessandro CandeoMarch 16, 2017The SAS int'l hub features fast security check, good shop selection and nice food variety. Typical Swedish atmosphere in the waiting lounges.
- Stan OlmosAugust 4, 2015This airport is one the more organized, clean, easy airports to get around in. Love it, thank u Sweden for the lovely stay.
- BenNovember 10, 2016Very Nice airport. Self checkin even for checked luggage. Many shops and restaurants inside
- Andreas KanakisFebruary 22, 2015It's a good and efficient airport, nice to find Joe and the Juice with its loud music in the middle of a hall. Talks good about their flexibility.
- The eduroam network to get free wifi works here, too! :) also, love the flygbussarna, 79SEK for <25years, 40mins to the city, pretty damn cheap!
- Gustavo VillarrealJuly 7, 2013There's a charging station with stools and tables that seat about 20 people at Terminal 5; between gates F58 and F60. Get a latte across the hall and wait for your flight.
- Well this airport has two sides one that is a bit older and needs renovations, but the newer one is breathtaking with designer stores, modern design, and restaurants.
- If you travel with kids and plan on checking in your stroller, you can borrow one from the airport by the special baggage drop area in Terminal 5 and return it at the boarding gate.
- Robin HwangApril 29, 2016Be sure to get tax back when shopping! Global blue tax refund is next to information in T5. For premier tax, go to customs at arrivals hall and post envelope or go to Aviator counter for cash refund.
- F pier is the newest part of Terminal 5. Very nice. Also the refurbished Terminal 2 and lounge is really nice. You'll find a Starbucks in T2 and T5.
- MauriceApril 1, 2017Nice, spacious and modern airport. Students can take the Arlanda Express for just 280 SEK, which is just slightly more than the bus.
- Tanya VAugust 19, 2014A nice and cosy airport. For a coffee and a muffin go to Joe and juice. Its blueberry muffin was so good!
- Sophie TsssNovember 30, 2014Most shops and eateries are before the passport control (cheaper than the duty-frees). There is free and fast wifi connection for the eduroam users!
- Amazingly quite and spacious near Gates F2*! Beware of the new 75 SEK rule for the one's arriving by pendaltåg on SL card :/
- The cheapest way to get to the city is through pendeltåg that makes the connection between Uppsala-Stockholm. If you have the SL Card. It's free.
- JörgenMarch 31, 2019Really fast Check-In. Don’t mistake this for a small airport though. Reaching your gate may take a while. But don’t worry – you’ll find yourself entertained on your way.
- Terminal 2 has only few eateries, coffee shops. Most open after 6 am and close early. If you are flying from T2 then eat at the city before arriving or you will be left hungry. Very few toilets too.
- Sigbjørn DOctober 19, 2019Easygoing airport, but keep in mind that you can't buy alcohol from the duty free if you're traveling to another EU country. Good connections to the center of town with the express train.
- Duty Free store is great, airport is clean and cozy, you will probably not meet any lines, especially if you'll use self-service check-in machines. Free WiFi everywhere, but only for 3 hours.
- Lars-Erik WåhlströmJanuary 24, 2017If you want to go by taxi. Choose Taxi Stockholm 150000. Fair fixed prices to all destinations. Experienced good drivers, lane 6 or 7.
- Small and practical. Eduroam wifi for those who have an account. Otherwise there is a free wifi for 60 min or something. The SAS lounge is nice. You should try it out.
- Annie FeigheryAugust 27, 2015Try the Climate Portal! Beautiful graphics and a nice way to cool off after sweltering security.
- VERY inconvenient AirPort in case you changing flights from local to international and especially if you have a baggage - you need to go through security when switching terminals and check in your bag
- Jonathan M.November 4, 2015Great airport, lot of food and things to buy. You're arriving in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe – smile.
- Svetlana LashchukJanuary 5, 2013Nice aeroport with friendly custom ) All food service at departure level close too early, but still possible to get a cup of tasty coffee downstairs at arrival section
- You can actually go by commune transport all the way in to central Stockholm. Take the bus to Märsta station, change to commune train towards Stockholm central. About an hours trip.
- Tony WebsterSeptember 26, 2014Need to get to the city? Arlanda Express train = 20-min trip, 260 SEK. Flygbussarna buses w/ free wi-fi = 45min, 105 SEK. Taxis are unregulated and WILL SCREW YOU (ask for fixed price up-front).
- Damon WilsonOctober 4, 2013Love this airport: you can work out at a SATS gym at the Radisson in Sky City, shower, shave, and grab a protein shake at the nearby Juice Bar. Best way to beat jet-lag!
- Annemiek JonkerOctober 19, 2014The sweets at the counter near the gates look amazing. The blueberry cheesecake was delicious.
- JöranOctober 10, 2013The Arlanda Airport Express offers free WiFi plus free charging. (Furthermore it's fast and comfortable.)
- Bjørn FjölnissonJune 3, 2015You can purchase Access cards from within the airport which makes travelling around Stockholm much easier!
- Between terminals 4 and 5 is a place up some stairs with comfy seats and an electric socket. Food is also close by.
- Hamilton Fortuna BautistaAugust 30, 2017The best and cheapest way to get to it is with Flygbussarna, just 99 Swedish crowns and there is a bus departing every 15-20 minutes from the Central terminal, so is perfect.
- Amazing airport. Plentiful, comfortable seating, free wifi, stress-free security control and clean toilets.
- Ok selection of stores. Just make sure you identify your Gaye first before wondering around. It can make you lose your flight.
- Very customer friendly airport, free fast wifi, lots of shops, straight from the train to checkin
- Free wifi is available in T2 for a limited period of time... There are not a whole lot of restaurant options behind security in the terminal. However you can never go wrong with Starbucks
- James StewartAugust 9, 2015Appalling signage to get us between our flight from London and on to Split. In the end we found a buzzer to get a shutter opened, then down the spiral stairs to the hidden bus...
- Free Wi-Fi limited to just 100 MB, you need to pay for more. Very disappointing and below today's standard.
- BECKY COLLINSJuly 25, 2016Checked in and relaxing! Anxious to get home! Stockholm is very nice and I will definitely return for a longer time!
- Make up store has great make up and is way cheaper at the airport. Comparable to MAC but higher quality
- Remember: Stockholm has huge traffic every day, especially in airport direction. Consider additional 30 minutes when travelling by car.
- Berk KapiciogluAugust 23, 2014Not the most modern or sleek airport in the world. It has free wifi though. Also, beats JFK any day.
- I love this airport. Departure area is beautiful, spacey and stylish in Swedish way.
- Michael B.April 28, 2018Medium size airport but very nice and clean. Various restaurants with many good alternatives.
