Tone MosleyDecember 20, 2016Large hotel that's spread throughout. Seems to monopolize the area even though they are not connected. Great location for a sunset. Walk North up the beach and take a river cruise up into the nature reserve.
If you value the hotel practically being placed on the beach, this hotel is for you. Overall good quality, but staff is a bit on ignore mode.
Lucía de los SantosDecember 28, 2012The new section (further from the beach) isnt quite ready. No safety boxes working, phones and even had trouble with the toilet.
Most of Staff was horrible! Rude and frequently ignore the people staying here. Only a few who were amazing!! Those 3 staff members make me want to come back again. The restaurant (Matapalo) is crap.
