Used to be our favorite hotel in the South Bay. It's gone down hill. Most of the staff is unattentive. All the little "extras" are gone. We were staying here atleast 4 days a month. Disappointed. :(
Room 313 is awesome: top floor, away from elevators, quiet, tiny patio.
