Gotta love Danielle's lessons: a wonderful way to wake up on humpday. Even though 6.30 might be a bit brutal, her choice of music balanced with a flowing practice is pretty priceless. Namasté

Inexpensive, numerous class offerings, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The perfect antidote to the preponderance of competitive, hot, "power" yoga.
