It has all the makings of a cool hangout: vintage photos and fixtures, leather seating and exposed brick with a heavy helping of modern hardware and California cuisine. Read more

Chicken & Waffles, sub out the waffle for 2 of their cheddar & chive biscuits and you will thank me later. (The breakfast pizza and pepperoni pizza looked ridiculously good too 👀)

The Kale Salad purportedly took the chef 5 years to perfect. Which is probably why it's amazing. Personal pizzas are delicious + perfectly portioned. Definitely get the meat + cheese plates to share.

Food and drinks are amazing. I got a fish dish, and although a little pricey at $20, it was to die for! A for decor and ambience. This is definitely a great addition to the Miracle Mile district.

Mia Sarazen is shining at her newest post. The new Statesman cocktail takes scotch, muddies it with apricot and then mellows it with baked apple bitters.

Mellow, professional, and just "hoity" enough without taking itself too seriously. Hello neighborhood bar, everyone here's so posh and not afraid of the pish.

If you like cheese: don't get the cheese plate. There was more things to accompany the cheeses than actual cheese... Great pizzas though.
