Doug Couch: Go to the Clark St Grill inside the Westin. Ask for PJ. By far the best bartender in St. Louis.

Doug Couch: Very friendly staff and always punctual with appointment times. Just be sure to floss or you'll get that hygienist stink eye. No one wants that.

Doug Couch: $50 admission fee is well worth the value. Plan to spend 8~ hours here easy.
