Call 2531-3860 to book a table; especially for Friday and Saturday evenings. Advance bookings (>24 hours) can be made via the website or mobile app - just search for The Kitchen Futian in Google, etc- Pan Seared Sea Bass with asparagus, toasted fennel, grilled scallions and a red wine sauce.

- Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Cider & Whole Grain Mustard Sauce served with grilled apples, asparagus, scallions and mashed potatoes. Heavenly.
- Gambas - sizzling shrimp cooked with garlic, smoked cayenne pepper and paprika. Good, but didn't blow me away.

- delicious Tournedos Rossini with filet mignon, seared foie gras and potato gratin.
Great western food at a cheap price. Fast service. Nights seem to run the show here.- Pretty awesome Steak Sandwich with grilled onions and tomato.
