This is one of those "whateva', whenever-we-feel-like-it" W's, the worst kind. They refused to give my mom a card to get upstairs. Grrr

This hotel kinda sucks. Rooms are dark and tiny. Elevators barely or dont work and the staff is downright rude.

Probably the worst W I've stayed at, but the brand has a high bar. The price is very reasonable for NYC, so you get what you pay for.

Hôtel n'est pas a la hauteur du standard W. Un exemple l'air conditionne dans la chambre fais beaucoup de bruit. La connexion internet est très chère.

No vale la pena lo que cuesta. La ubicación es buena, sin embargo para ser un W las habitaciones son pequeñas y no tiene gran cosa el hotel. No fue lo que esperábamos.
