Historic concert venue located in the heart of Downtown Norfolk.
Pretty good venue for its size and all
Up and coming bands, 90's bands touring again, amazing cover/tribute bands. Decent drink prices for a "venue."
One of the best small music venues in the US. Make friends with someone who has VIP passes for special access to the VIP bar and viewing area on the second floor. Hot tub in the backstage artist area.
Great acoustic sound! Very personal
Concert venue - music hall - bands - singers
Get there early for the best spot; the opening acts are nearly always decent and great for finding new music!
No seats.. the hip-hop concerts are more like appearances, so don't expect them to be on time.
Love the venue. But the staff are mostly dicks. They barged in on my friend while they where using a toilet.
Packed in like sardines but still a really cool venue that attracts a lot of great bands
This is one of Slightly Stoopid's favorite places to play!!!
Had a ball
Oh and the second view on the balcony was pretty awesome too. I love that they have that and the back opened area for smoking!
Tonight was Absolutely Amazing!!! Deftones Rocked it out!! * First time ever seeing them live and I Loved it! * : ) Great Job Guys you were better than I imagined and loved the sense of humor; )
Awesome venue for concerts. Cheap tickets and awesome view from the second floor.
Awesome Venue! Attracts good bands. MacAuther Center is a nice place to wait for concerts.
probably one of the nicest concert halls i have ever been to.
Great venue, security was really tight on moshing and crowd surfing. Also, drinks are pretty pricey.
Booze up before you go in.
This is a great place to play and the crowds are always good
Arrive early for an evening show and have dinner at one of the many establishments on Granby Street or in MacArthur Mall!
There is a Tide stop about 1/2 block away!
Awesome venue. Reminds me of The Bayou in Georgetown back in the day.
Best place in the 757 for a concert, decent beer prices too.
I wish all backstage's were like the Norva. One of the nicest in the country!
Be sure to "like" the NorVa's Facebook page to be the first to hear concert announcements! http://facebook.com/thenorva
Great view from the second floor balcony!
On 03/08/2011 the Decibel Sponsored Creatures from the Black Abyss Tour stops here! Featuring Cradle of Filth, Nachtmystium, Turisas and Daniel Lioneye
Don't miss ASG here on 11/24/2010!
I'd love a place to sit for these weak warm-ups!! Only complaint though..I love a good beat!
parking on the street is free after 6pm, or just use MacArthurs Garage
Great venue & great shows, at a fair price too.
Head to Havana afterward for an awesome late night menu and the best mojitos around.
