Ryan Gallagher: Massive park that goes right up to the river. Has a big pool as well as a skate park. Good spot for a picnic.

Erik Cintron: Fun place that is surprising bigger than it looks with outside rustic eating. Food was awesome and very inexpensive. The wait staff was attentive. Parking can be tough. Potatoes chips are amazing.
Drew Tabu: The grilled fish is wonderful but you should also go wild with the side dish vegetables which are fantastic.
Serious Eats: One of the best Greek restaurants in Astoria, best for the sharable vegetable small plates. Free doughnuts for dessert every night except Saturday.

Tony Xerri: A true NY staple. Many people come here for lunch/dinner, but the real meal starts at breakfast. The waffles are crispy and light. The home fries have the skin on. The eggs are on point. Eat here.

Helen: Clean, decent theatre. Located around several dining places. Tickets seem to be a tad bit pricier compared to other theaters in Queens and Manhattan. Free parking.
