Didn't love pork belly, but collards that come with it are fab. Braised pork was great. Loved all charcuterie - particularly chicken liver pâté. Butterscotch boudino dessert was lovely! Amazing staff.

Try the spicy lentils from the vegetarian section of the menu. They're awesome! The cabbage with carrots and the yellow lentils are great too.

Fun family fare-- chicken not exactly hot&spicy as advertised, but likely just spicy enough for the masses. Sides were hit & miss; slaw and collards being standouts, and oh, that chocolate chess pie!
This is what fried chicken is supposed to be: freshly fried, tender and juicy on the inside, and perfectly crisp on the outside! If you can't make it to the original one in Memphis, come here.
If you don't like this chicken you are either (1) intolerant of anything spicier than a bell pepper or (2) dead inside.
When it comes to dessert, I've tried them all and pecan pie is the way to go.
