Serious Eats: Go for the migas taco: chip crumbles that maintain their crunch and structure, with eggs, cilantro and onions, and a creamy, avocado jalapeño sauce that's mild-looking but intensely spicy. $2!

Christopher Russell: Try the spicy lentils from the vegetarian section of the menu. They're awesome! The cabbage with carrots and the yellow lentils are great too.
