Ribs and moist brisket is the best combo. I usually get the low carb plate skip the sides though they are good, and just focus on the awesome meat. About 10 bucks for the 3/4lb low carb plate.
As mayor I feel it my duty to inform you that you will never get service, a smile or even a word out of the manager with the spectacular dude pony tail. He's rude to me every time I see him.
I got the two meat plate half lean and the other moist brisket. Don't get the moist brisket, they carved up mostly fat none of it was edible. Except for the lean.
