Richard Schneider: Authentic? Yes. Tasty? Yes. Do yourself a favour and get on down here for great BBQ.
Travel Channel: As seen on Travel Channel's Feed the Beast, Sam's Barbecue has affordable plates & huge portions! Plus, it’s literally the only place in Austin to get barbeque late at night.
Brett M: talk to brian and go brisket.
Ariel D: Cafeteria style serving, cut and weigh style. All meats available by the lb or half. Try a bit of everything it's all great! We enjoyed the brisket a lot, and sadly missed out on the cobbler!
Ben Zweig: Free beans in the condiment buffet. BBQ done right, 'nuff said.
Aaron Vincent: Pork chop is ridiculously good. Each one weighs over a pound. Jalapeño mac-and-cheese is yum/spicy. Pinto beans, pickles/onions, and white bread included free with food purchase. Highly recommended!
