The Pain Au Levain seems to be the go-to classic bread. Not very sour tasting, but a well-rounded delight.
Americano with a salted chocolate cookie is a sweet combination. The avocado toast here (be sure to get the egg on the side) is better than most. The bread really makes it, soft with a crunchy crust.
