The initial taste of the freshly brewed coffee is slightly bitter yet very good; it is definitely rich in flavor. The aftertaste is less strong, though it leaves a pleasant taste on your tongue.

French Toast
Get the BRIOCHE PAIN PERDU- Three generous slices of cinnamon brioche soaked in orange water batter sprinkled with lavender honey. This is one of the best versions of a french toast I have ever had.
Woah, they have rolls. Go for the walnut whole wheat. Delicious bread.
The Pain Au Levain seems to be the go-to classic bread. Not very sour tasting, but a well-rounded delight.
The lines can be long but oh so worth it.
