You HAVE to try the stracciatella. Vanilla with a solid chocolate syrup drizzle that melts in your mouth at a different rate than the ice cream. It's an experience.

The Pain Au Levain seems to be the go-to classic bread. Not very sour tasting, but a well-rounded delight.
Spicy mentaiko spaghetti (with reef squid, jidori egg, yuzu kosho, shiso, and garlic-ginger butter) is one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
With both Japanese and American influences, the menu spans sushi, miso-cured pork chops, sea urchin fettuccine, and hibachi-grilled beef tongue. It's rustic and refined at the same time.

French Toast
Get the BRIOCHE PAIN PERDU- Three generous slices of cinnamon brioche soaked in orange water batter sprinkled with lavender honey. This is one of the best versions of a french toast I have ever had.
Love this place. Amazing burgers, great beer and whiskey selection AND right across the street from the friend's apartment.
The burger choices are all top-notch. Highly recommend the rotating beers... Have yet to try their rye whiskey selection, but look forward to it. Casual place with multiple monitors to check out games
Not a great spot if you have time constraints. They have some point-of-sale issues they need to work out, and the kitchen takes about 20 minutes on a slow day.
