15. Nozawa Bar

Sushi Restaurant · 12 tips and reviews
Shawn Merani: So good. One of my top omakase meals. Make a reservation in advance because there is limited seating and times!
Eater: The esprit of Nozawa lives on at this smaller, more intimate sushi bar behind the Sugarfish in Beverly Hills, where a fixed omakase gets served with extreme precision. Quality of fish is top notch.
Eater: The adventurous meal is well worth its pricey tag. Expect pristine quality seafood like live octopus, monkfish liver, and several preparations of uni. Also, maybe the best toro you've ever tried.
