The Yellowtail with Jalapeño appetizer is amazing. Other musts are the Ninja Sandwich and, if you like tempura rolls, the Lobster Tempura Maki is delicious. I always recommend Uni w/ Quail Egg. Try it

As most have mentioned, the Guacamole (prepared tableside) is fantastic. You must also order the Hot Rock (Medium Rare).

The cod sandwich is great. The spicy bacon adds a salty porkish flavor to the cod aroma with the tomato slice and fresh spinach. I dub thee bacod sammich. Make sure to ask for extra bacon! PS Bacon!
