The Taste Sheriff: Probably the best restaurant in town. Definitely try the foie gras chocolate balsamic maki roll and the shiitake mushroom roll. Be prepared to pay over $200 per person.
Albert Berry: Mushroom risotto is a MUST have. Best risotto on planet earth, hands down.
Steve Fadden: Try the Orchiette Vitello - Awesome orchiette pasta with ground veal, mushrooms, and tomato!
