I found the place beautifully set up, but we may had bad luck: the personnel's attention is almost inexistent, the kitchen's food is lack in flavor.... An expensive place for Whole Foods meals

Nice place with friendly staff. Also, I think the interior designer was paid by the number of pillows he/she could fit on the bed. (There are 9.)
