I love this place-everything to love about a local bookstore. They also have great gifts. Locally made Torch candles and a ton of fun, handmade cards are perfect for anyone.
They no longer have used books as part of an agreement with other used bookstores on the Hill, FYI, but still a great store.
One of my favorite parks in Seattle. Beautiful panoramic views of the city from the tower. Located by the reservoir, greenhouse, and museum. Nicely maintained and lots of activities.

Best bakery in Seattle. Great for a pastries, sandwiches, and cheesecake. There's even pizza! I recommend the cheesecake, california club sandwich, and the double chocolate cookie.
We love the Junction Croissant at Bakery Nouveau, which combines an otherworldly croissant with a complete breakfast.
You can sample as many as you like until you decide what you want. All the flavors are great!
