Steph Rens: Calfornia Cobb Salad is great for lunch! Very big.
Gansevoort Hotel Group: Go for the mac and cheese, the cobb salad, the fried chicken and waffles and the people watching at this unquestionably hip and greatly located restaurant.
Lee Hoffman: Go for the Cobb salad if you're looking for something reasonably light, way less intense than the fried chicken salad

Joel Plasco: If you've never had any, you must try Seed + Mills halva and if you've had halva and hated it try this stuff. Like nothing you've had before. My personal favourite is the chocolate and orange.
Kathryn Yu: Chelsea Market is built inside the old Nabisco Factory. The first Oreo was baked here in 1912.
