Try the paella de carne: smoky chorizo, caramelized rice, sweet and crunch snow peas. Their tapas menu is small but delicious, their wines and sangria are great, & the staff are always friendly.
Try the black paella! You won't be disappointed! The waiters will also suggest a good bodied bottle of wine for a decent price!

The Rotisserie Chicken ($10 for a whole), Ceviche Mixto, & Jalea are delicious and can easily feed 4 to 6 people. Use the ceviche juice (Leche de Tigre aka Milk of the Tiger) for the Jalea.
