the hidden sandwich/wrap shop in Chelsea Market. my usual are the roast beef with watercress and horseradish, and the French tuna. the Juan Manuel is tasty, but heavier on the calories.

Love this place. Hidden little gem that the tourists of Chelsea market don't know about. Gets packed around 12-1pm though by office folk.
Slow roasted pork shoulder is great. You can get a rice bowl with no sauce. It is a bit pricey.

While "pricey", this is one of the more socially responsible companies in NYC--fair wages, mentors underemployed to management positions, never throws away leftover food for the day, donating instead.

So the place is great. Enjoyed it when I was in London a few years ago. But honestly can they be more stingy with the food? Another slice of roast beef wouldn't kill them?
