They make a mean Basil leaves dish. They make it super spicy by default, so be sure to ask them to tone it down if you want it milder. Personally, I like food that makes me cry.
Basil Duck is my favorite best Thai on Northside of Chicago.

New drink on the menu to add to the basil lemonade -- some kind of watermelon mint thing. Quite good. BLT was heaven. Seriously. Never had a sandwich that I was actually sad to finish.

get the chicken basil over rice with fried egg it's killer! it seriously one of the best thai dishes i've had outside of thailand!

Pad Eggplant Basil.....this was super delicious OMG😜. It comes with a side of jasmine rice but I recommend you substitute that for the sticky rice.

A wide variety of Thai inspired vegan offerings. Everything is delicious. Spicy equals pretty hot here but really good. No belly aches because it’s clean eating.
The peanut sauce is the best I've ever had. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I'll take soy chicken from here over real chicken anywhere else. Even the meat-loving boyfriend likes it!

Love this place! I go every time I’m in Chicago. Get the gnocchi. It’s like eating the softest pillows of pasta! Not a lot of seating if you find in.
