WineStyles Belmont: Perfect Pairing: Albarino, Cabernet Sauvignon, Monastrell, Sweet Stout, Oatmeal Stout
Jamil Qureshi: My first Halal Mexican Place in Chicago. Great food. The combo plates have big portions for a low price. Chips and salsa as soon as sit down.
Osmaan A.: They serve halal meat! The Carne Asada Plate is their best seller for a reason. For an appetizer, try the Goat Cheese nachos (comes with guacamole on top). Top it all off with a Pineapple Jarritos.

Adam Seger: Jaegger is for Freshmen. Try a chilled shot of locally-made 70 Proof hum, The World's Most Unique Rum.
Jake Smith: The fries and poutine are both amazing; snack on either while sipping your delicious drink, which should be gin or whiskey based. Don't miss the 3D map of the Great Lakes!

Erik Rowley: The best bar to come to during the winter season, warm up with a round of Glogg and ginger cookies. Plenty of history at this early 1930s prohibition era pub. The bar itself is modeled after a ship.
Explore Chicago: Simon's – the founding Simon was Swedish, of course – began as a basement speakeasy during prohibition (upstairs was a grocery) and went legit in 1934.
Time Out Chicago: Go there: Belly up to the bar, built in the 1930s to resemble the USS Normandy. Read more.

Michael Dorsey: Lively spot for a drink. Windows open for easy people watching on Clark. Cubs fans welcome!
Mikinzie Stuart: Probably the best bar you'll find in Wrigleyville. Decent crowd (ie not douchey or fratty), decent selection of beers on tap for a decent price and a jukebox with good alt/ indie rock tunes.
Juan Bermudez: Don't tell the bartender how to do their job. They don't come to your job and slap the dick out of your mouth.

Darek Lane: Cashew butter & jelly sandwich is soooo good! Have another!
Time Out Chicago: Always a bit more crowded than I'd wish, but with reason. Incredible beer selection and tasty food like mussels w/frites. Never had a bad beer there, out of dozens I've tried.
Esquire: Congratulations, you've found one of Esquire's Best Bars in America. With 150 beers on tap, including Trappist ales and mead, try to order something other than a Stella Artois. Read more.
Mike Neldner: Everything we've ever had on our trips to Kuma's had been amazing. Food is delicious, beer selections are phenomenal, and the staff at the two locations we've visited have always been stellar.
Nicole: Don’t come on a diet! Known for burgers, beer and Mac & chz. One downside, if you hate heavy metal music (like me), it sort of dampers the experience.
Eric Roberson: Great Mac and cheese
