Built my own bowl with dressing on the side. Was super fresh and light! Cauliflower rice and citrus kale base were both very tasty.

Delicious! We had the Tei tasting menu. ($50pp) Chef sent out 6 courses. Seaweed salad, tempura veggies, wagyu beef w/hot stones, CA & spicy tuna rolls (pressed), dumplings, green tea noodles. Yum
Omakase for my Birthday! White seaweed salad, sashimi, potato chip shrimp tempura, waygu beef, spicy tuna sushi, soba bolognese, & buckwheat/honey ice cream. Ashai Draft to drink. Nice variety!

The spicy tuna roll was meh, but it was much spicier than most places do it which is a plus. The steak was delicious and tender.

Do your best to convince them you're not a spicy tuna roll novice and find out what's fresh. I've had amazing mackerel, uni and toro here.
The sushi lunch is delicious and a great deal. You get miso, a seaweed salad, a California roll and 5 pieces of mixed sushi for under $15.
