I recommend The Elmer. It had pulled pork, BBQ sauce, friend onions, pickles, and coleslaw all on one of their house made biscuits.

Incredibly large portions of biscuit goodness. The atmosphere at this location easily trumps the one on Colfax. Get the cinnamon roll biscuit with bacon, you can't go wrong.
