V&A is open every night for dinner, Chef Carlos has the best crab cake I've ever had in my life, his quail appetizer is incredible, and they serve great burgers at lunch on Fridays (or always in bar).

Great Restaurant if you plan to do the 'dinner and show' thing. The food was great, but the portions weren't as large as traditional italian restaurants. Fish is a hit or miss. Open late.
The bfast buffet downstairs is very good. Excellent service. Excellent food. NO TURKEY or soy products tho. Just PORK. There is a chicken option w the omelets.

When it opened in '72, the Hyatt was a futuristic marvel, with a soaring 30-story atrium & glassed-in elevators. It was so space-age looking that it was featured in the '76 sci-fi movie Logan's Run.
