I lived in Paris for 18 months, and the macarons here are the best I've had in the US, and almost as good as Pierre Hermé Paris.
delicious. fairfax needs a fork bc the eggs are so soft they spill out and form second bfast. everything is served on brioche aka world's best bread aka butter held together with a dash of flour.
