delicious. fairfax needs a fork bc the eggs are so soft they spill out and form second bfast. everything is served on brioche aka world's best bread aka butter held together with a dash of flour.
Worth the wait. Get the gaucho sandwich: seared wagyu tri-tip steak, chimichurri, pickled red onions, over medium egg and seasoned arugula in a warm brioche bun. Fairfax is great too!

The Turkey Avocado Panini is good. Almost all the sandwiches on a croissant role are pretty damn tasty as well. Seating outside is set up for the weather as well. Now open 24 hours.
