Large scallops & salmon sushi are my favorites, with the blue crab hand roll coming in a close second. If you're hungry & it's a good daily special, then "The Nozawa" is usually the better deal.
the hype is real. your 'trust' will not be betrayed. the seaweed is crisp the tuna is fatty the salmon's like butter and the sake punches like tequila. #yum
I loved the salmon trout (melts in your mouth) and the rice dish wrapped in a leaf (amazing & complex flavors & textures). The ikaru tofu is good. I didn’t like the koji pork.

The salmon ceviche!!!! Yum yum yum!
It’s good, but not as great as the original. There is a pickled melon salad that is mind blowing and a good hamachi tiradito, but the ceviches are still work in progress. Try the beef empanadas, too.

Loved DC for many reasons. Such a gorgeous venue with a fancy design & elegant seating. Service is some of the best in city & the bar is a great place to have a cocktail & enjoy an upscale LA audience
The lunch Prix fixe with salmon is great! Ask for the dessert to be substituted with ice cream.
I highly recommend the bone in Rib Eye med-rare and save room for the Chocolate Lava Cake.

Their interior decor (with tons of plants) may or may not be your thing but their fusion dishes are very unique.

The salmon is very smokey and has the flavor of ham. Pretty good.
Salad for breakfast? Yes! Their traditional breakfast fare is excellent, but we always order at least one salad. Our fave is the crunchy, colorful Brassica Salad. Beets + Avocado Salad is also great.
Charbroiled Salmon is to die for!
The food is really good, amazing value for the price! Pretty crowded, but lines move very fast.
Charboiled Fish is done to perfection. Personally prefer these more than the fried fish. Always get the Sea Bass w/ Garlic Butter Sauce.. So EFFIN good!

Great happy hour. Protein style albacore sushi was good. Eel, tamago, salmon sushi was very fresh and satisfying. Shrimp tempura sushi was okay.
The fish is so fresh that this is a place that you can sample outside of your comfort zone.

Margaritas, get a spicy one. Happy hour before 7pm is great with tacos, ceviche and guacamole. There is usually plenty of parking, you can enter on central or 6th St.
