This was the post perfect dining experience of my life. Definitely do the tasting menu for a special occasion!
Highly recommend this museum as a venue for a special occasion. The docent mentioned that the Andersons intended it to be a place for "celebration." And so it is.
The squid ink vermicelli paella is a fantastic dish, if you're lucky enough to be there on a night they have it, its a must order item!
Try the fried quail's egg and chorizo on toast, shoulder of young lamb with plums and yogurt, and braised rabbit in squid ink. Read more.
