They grow and roast their own beans in Puerto Rico and ship them fresh to NY once every two weeks. A nice smooth roast. Super friendly service.

This shop shows why Starbucks became a global hit. The guys here make you feel like home. It's not in all Starbucks like that but this one is really great!
During peak hours service is fine. Off peak, the Baristas move slower than molasses on a cold day.
The apple bran muffins are great is warmed up.
The queue for the toilet is twice as long as the queue for drinks, be sure to get in the right queue!
