This is the best place to stay in Florence! You can easily walk to ponte Vecchio, Florence cathedral, etc. Grab a pizza from gustapizza and sit in front of the santo spirito church.

Went to mass here - it was very different, but a great experience. Yet another gorgeous church in Florence.

I mean it's a lovely church but after climbing the cupola it's a bit anticlimactic. Then again, everything else would be! Perhaps see this before entering the cathedral?

Go anytime (sunset never hurts!) for amazing views of Florence. It's a nice walk up & down or you can also take a local bus. Don't forget to walk up to San Miniato al Monte, a beautiful church.

It's a long way to the top, if you wanna rock'n roll!! Same path for going up and down, and wide enough for one person, so you wait frequently. The view on top is amazing, better than bell tower.
