Gorgeous delicious coffee and great snacks/pastries including banana bread with flax/chia.
Iced coffee (black w two Splenda) everyday, sometimes X2 a day. Amazing assortment of croissants (nutella, plain, almond, chocolate) and pastries, but the chia seed banana bread is out of this world.
A nice respite from the otherwise pretty droll area. They have a pretty tasty banana bread.

Australian coffee joints are simply dominating this city and there's good reason. They make some of the best lattes/flat whites around. No different here, get your fave espresso drink here.
While the coffee is really good, I would not necessarily come back for the food. Very plain with barely any flavor. I prefer a bit more of “a kick” or “shock” when I dig into food... 😅

The long-awaited sister bar of Rattle-N-Hum is a godsend to Port Authority commuters. And with 80 beers on tap, a booming space, and a well-crafted food menu, you might actually WANT to go to Midtown.
cortado is my go-to! come early for the choco chip banana bread because it's gone fast and the choco chip cookies after 10am.
can't beat the chocolate chip cookies straight from the oven. the figgy sandwich is also delicious!
