Get the Kurobuta tonkatsu. It is good and worth it. If you've had tonkatsu before, the loco moco tonkatsu is a solid choice too.
Only 25 servings if Kurobuta pork katsu are available each day. If they still have it, jump all over it. You will not be sorry, nor will you ever have better tonkatsu!

Get some poke while you shop for other grocery items. Their poke dishes are among the best on the island. The let you sample, too, so ask for a small sample if you can't decide.

Fill up your gallons of water here outside in front before you walk in. Fill up 1 or 5 gallon at a time & only for .50 cents a gallon ! That's a steal. Good for a beach day or camping.
There's a bank, post office, eye doctor, Korean cosmetics store, dry cleaner, cell phone store, and a nail salon in the Don Quijote store!!!

If you're in Honolulu and have a rental car go to Don Quijote. Great selection of Asian food and brands at excellent prices from a Japanese chain. One of my favorite first day activities in Hawaii.
The ATMs are fast and never crowded. Find one with your bank's logo on it and they're free to use, as well.
Great place for lunch with various restaurants to choose from. I like the choices at Whole Food's Market. Plus everything is prepared fresh right there.
Don't waste your time looking for parking on the ground level when busy. Go to the second level and to the back corner. Tons there!
I found this place on Open Table, looked at the menu, went there and it was my best dinning experience during my trip. The Opah was amazing and liked that they use local ingredients.
