Without too much effort, Manoa Falls is reached via a 1,200-meter hike with shoulder-height vegetation akin to Jurassic Park. Scenes from the 3rd movie in the franchise were filmed here. Read more.
The trail is amazing! The vegetation is so diverse, from banyans to bamboos. Though the volume of water of the falls wasn't much since it was the end of summer

Vegetarian Lau Lau! Contradictory but they DO make it once a wk. It's tightly-sealed & wrapped in cling film then cooked. No worries for tainted by meat or fish.
Love #6 Kalua Pig, Lomi Salmon, Poke, Haupia 💖(Hawaiian Plate) I was also impressed with the Grilled Ahi. Okinawan sweet potato, sweet potato haupia, Mochi! Yum!

12th floor Great room great view. Love the elevator never have to wait!! Dial in your floor and up or down you go. View the fireworks from our balcony! Great view of the super pool for the Friday show
Renovation is complete in the Rainbow Tower and it's very nice. Great room decor and ocean views from our 12th floor room.
Good shave ice but I've had better on the N Shore. Includes a local candy shop. Be patient with the staff and ask for exactly what you want. Hawaii 5-0 filmed here!
My favorite combo: small cup + vanilla ice cream + mochi + strawberry lemonade/lilikoi.
