The Frying Dragon is amazing! It includes Unagi, Avacado, Miso Butterfish, and Wasabi Butter. You have to try this.
I'll be the first, only, and last to say honey toast is ridiculously overrated (white bread and honey come on!). For Dinner you can't go wrong with their Spicy Tuna Rolls.
Open faced smelly tuna roll: not that you could go wrong with anything else on the menu.
Always start with the honey toast, order the Mochi cheese gratin, and the tataki beef sushi. Always yummy!

The do wonders with the spicy tuna roll. It's quality 'ahi, not heavily mayo'd or over seasoned with Sriracha. It even comes with a heaping portion of the 'ahi mix piled on top of the cut-up roll.
My favorites Japengo Fried Chicken, Honey Macademianut Shrimp, Japengo Fried Rice, Honolulu Roll, 50/50 Roll, Blackened Ahi Roll and of course not to be misses the coconut creme brûlée
If there's one thing you need to have, it's the Scallop Butter Yaki. Giant diver scalloped seared to perfection and covered in saucy goodness! Trust me on this one.
Their sushi satisfies us Japanese appetite! I loved Garlic Salmon, which sounds kinda weird for native Japanese, but it is worth trying!

Fantastic atmosphere in an upscale hotel. Enjoy a sunset with some traditional Hawaiian music. And get a solid mai tai, it's the classic sour kind, not sugary.
A beautiful place to kick back, relax, and enjoy the scenery while listening to live music, watching former Miss Hawaiis dance hula, all while sipping on a cold cocktail. Ahhhhhhh!
