Opened in 1901 & became the largest hotel in Waikiki. In 1905 Jane Standford, Co-Founder of Stanford University died from poisoning in her room, making it one of America’s legendary mysteries.
The hotel has a shower room you can rent for those who stayed at the hotel. This allows you to hang out at the beach well after your checkout. The room was very clean and nice.

Excellent ramen. The Bukkake ramen was excellent. So was the tempura shrimp and spam masubi.
Bukkake in this place, does not mean what you think. It's pretty tasty, especially when it's hot and slurped.
A must go in Honolulu! Grab some spam musubi before paying your bill.

While steaks are deliciously buttery, consider the hand cut pork chops. BBQ shrimp, veal osso buco ravioli, carpaccio highly recommended. Waikiki exclusive is Embassy's Slice of Heaven (mud pie).

Delicious a bit expensive, but nice restaurant. George was a great server. The seafood chowder is great as well.
Get a seat by 6 pm, prime rib special $20 with one of the best ocean views in Waikiki.

My recommendation is to go with the 16 oz Prime Rib Eye Steak. A little pricey, but a nice and flavorful cut of meat.
Haters gonna hate, this place is old school Hawaii, not some shrimp truck with flys. We love coming here for the good food and strong cocktails!!!

Best staff- hostess Jillian is very sweet- gave us a romantic cabana seat overlooking the beach and the sunset. The food is amazing: get sashimi with avocado, bouillabaisse and filet Mignon. All good!
Yes, the Cabana tables on the beach are the only way to go. Impeccable service, an unreal culinary quest. 5 stars.
