As the name of the restaurant implies, get anything with their hand made noodles. This is the spicy seafood noodle bowl. Medium spicy and hearty noodles in a yummy mussel and shrimp broth.
Seafood pancake & spicy seafood noodle soup are the best! Get here early - otherwise it is quite long of a wait since it sits only 40.
Try the smoked oysters al 4 styles and the spicy shrimp... That's just to start you off, then anything on the menu is great.

By far the best sushi I've had in Houston (and I know what I'm saying-- I lived in Tokyo for 4 years). Skip the rolls and go for the real stuff, the nigirizushi or the sashimi.

The spicy tuna sara is fantastic, and if you don't like avocado, replace it with cucumber.
Any Sushi will be a great choice. Plus the ambience is awesome. From the outside you could never guess how it actually looks on the inside.

Food is good! You get boricha (cold corn and barley tea) instead of water, which is a pleasant surprise. Try the white seafood noodle soup (5), spicy seafood noodle (2), and black bean noodle (3).
They have a half jajangmyun and half jampong dish if you can't decide!

Great sushi and personable chef! The "spicy girl" roll has tuna, spicy tuna, spicy crab, fresh jalapeño pepper and wasabi sauce - which sounds blazingly hot, but it isn't - just wonderfully tasty!

The bento box is the best thing on the menu in my opinion! Lots of options for entrees. I thought the orange chicken was delicious, as well as the pork dumplings and spicy tuna roll.
Wonderful place in Copperfield area for a variety of Thai and Chinese food, including sushi. Of special note, there is a complete menu which includes hot grilled and wok meals. Excellent service.
