Sweet potato fries are amazing! Thin cut, well seasoned, very crispy. Burgers are decent but nothing amazing. They have the option of a potato bun, multigrain bun, or lettuce bun for all burgers.

Changed my order from a double-double to a 2x1 (less cheese, easier on the diet!). Consistently good burgers, fries and shakes. Location gets crowded during peak times because of proximity to UCI.
Order your fries medium well. It takes a little longer but the crispy taste is worth it!
Go for the double double cheesebueger with grilled onions and animal style with well done french fries animal style aswell. Then, to avoid guiltiness go for the diet Coke... voilá!!

The food at the new Irvine location definitely tastes better than the Costa Mesa branch's. Can't go wrong with truffle burger, truffle fries, and onion rings! Their ketchup is also amazing!

Impossible burger
The manager refuses to accept free small fry coupon. She states that i have to print the coupon when it clearly states present screen to redeem free small sea salt fries. Im filing a complaint!

Eureka's fig marmalade burger. Because fig marmalade is a thing. And it tastes pretty good on a burger. It's probably also pretty good on other stuff but I can only vouch for the burger.
